I posted this 5 star review a long time ago but wanted to update my experience. My daughter has been attending classes at TBPAA since she was 6, she is now 17 and about to leave for college to study theatre. The foundation she received at TBPAA to continue on doing what she loves is priceless. She has learned so much throughout the years and TBPAA has helped her develop not only her talent but self confidence, a sense of responsibility, and how to be an all around good person. We are forever thankful for our family at TBPAA.

This theater is such a gem! They make sure every child regardless of the size of their part in a show gets as much stage time as possible. The Directors are friendly, patient and kind with the kids. The shows are top/notch, very creative, professional and fun to watch. I highly recommend TBPAA and am so glad we found them!

Best program around. There's nothing like it in North Pinellas. Most childeren return year after year until they go to high school. You get so much more than you expect. Highly recommended!!

My daughter enjoyed her experience with Musical Theatre. Kids learn and have fun too! Staff are very kind! Full production with great set and costumes! Kids of all levels working together to make it a great show!

My son had the privilege of attending TBPAA for 5 years. He began at the Jr. level and eventually advanced to the Competition Team. Because of the skills, training and direction acquired throughout his time with Ms. Lisa, he decided to go on to acting school. This is such a fun place for kids to learn about theatre. Performing takes hard work, dedication and passion. TBPAA has it all, plus so much more!!

I started with Tampa Bay Performing Arts Academy having a fair amount theatre acting experience, but here is where I learned the skills to perform in musical theatre. Although it was hard work, it was a lot of fun and rewarding to see bits of shows and rehearsal after rehearsal turn into a completed finished production. Ms. Lisa is someone I will always admire not only as a teacher but a role model to others.

I have had nothing but a good experience with TBPAA. Seeing the kids on stage with confidence performing in beautiful backdrops and costumes is an amazing experience. Management responds in rapid time.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My son was part of tbpaa for many years and he just adored it! He is now performing at his college and loves the stage and the attention of performing. Tampa Bay Performing Arts Academy allows children to flourish no matter who they are and despite whatever disabilities they might have going in. You do not feel different in this group. Everyone is accepting of everyone and everyone works together to achieve their common goals. They now even have their own little theater! I am proud to have been a part of tbpaa with my son.
