Outstanding out of the way eatery. We enjoyed the outdoor dining and the lamb gyro was great. The water pond and koi fish were a nice bonus.

We have stopped here several times while passing through Weaverville. The first time it was late and we were hungry, and Weaverville doesn't have a lot of options. BUT, this place was such a pleasant surprise! We shared one of the best pizzas ever! Another time we stopped while passing through, set on pizza, but their pizza oven was down. We each had a different burger option, and the burgers were amazing! This little eatery in this little town really seems to have their flavors together! Last two visits were salads for me, and the ingredients were super fresh. Their house vinaigrette is also amazing! Definitely recommend and will definitely be stopping by anytime were through Weaverville at a meal time. Last couple of times they were cash only, and they do have an ATM on site. Such good food!

In Weaverville, this place has super friendly service. Tangle Blue Saloon might seem small at first, but this is just the bar/pool room. Another room adjoins triple the size, with additional outside seating twice as large. Shown is one of their once a week specials, chicken fried chicken, and their everyday Tangle Blue signature salad, it is a huge meal by itself. Great selection of tap beers. Their burgers and fries are worth the menu pick, they serve it with a knife, too cut in half for easier eating. Pizza is excellent. I even have had their Gyros, twice now, and will order it again. Quality food, superior service and tasty drinks is why I keep returning.

Tangle blue was not legit! Stopped in, was impressed by the menu. Yum menu items and good prices. Food was pretty good. Some dude greeted us literally at the front and was just literally so cool. Kinda wish we got him as the server though. The girl who took our table made me sooooooooooooo uncomfortable. She seemed really upset that I wasn't drinking that evening and I'm an alcoholic so red flag for me. Made me kinda feel like worthless because it seemed like she realized she won't be getting a tipsy tab or tips. I asked her to give me a low down of her faves on the menu and she seemed really standoffish and not willing to help. And gave me no descriptions that were helpful. I almost felt like she was just already pissed we weren't gonna be a cash cow. And it was extremely offputting. Please, if the man I met is not the owner, put him in charge and fire the blonde girl. I've been in hospitality and food for over a decade, that was just sad. And in fact made me feel like I got stiffed bad out of $50 for 2 pizzas and no alcohol. Also when I went to go get money from the ATM, I had no choice but to squish in between all these people who were just staring at me like I killed their kid and one of them had a dog that started growling at me... I love dogs but I've been bit before. Did I really have to get the thrill of risking my life right after dinner like that? Respectfully thank you for the food but based on how inappropriate the rest of the visit was, never again. I feel so bad for the cool guy at the front.

great little place. Burger was delicious. ribs were so soft too. the fries were so crispy and different than I can remember having. overall much better than I expected.

Excellent food (chili, corn bread, pizza). Attentive service in a casual environment. Would recommend to anyone driving through - we will return when in the area.
