Good food done well. Cool building to we sat at a bar area where you could see inside and out.

The waitress was very helpful and friendly. We ordered the pretzel and gouda cheese for an appetizer. The pretzel was fabulous, the cheese, not so much.

On the waitresses' recommendation, I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it did not disappoint!!! It had a jalapeno honey on a nice bread bun, and it was one of the best I've had anywhere.

My daughter opted for the Detroit smash burger and tater tots she loved it.

My wife ordered the Chicago smash burger with truffle fries and liked it as well.

I would definitely go back for the chicken sandwich alone!

This was our first time at Tap30. The spicy buffalo chicken mac n cheese was really good, but the Chicago smash burger was so-so. The burger just didn't feel worth the $17.
We did enjoy the $2 beer special they have on Tuesdays, and the Shorts Melt My Brain draft was something I would get again.
The atmosphere was calm, and would be a chill place to watch a sports game.

This was my first time eating here and it was great. We were seated quickly and decided to sit outside on the deck. We got our drinks and food pretty quickly. I got the totchos and my mom got the spicy Mac and cheese. Both were great! The portions are big, we both had to take it home with us. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely eat there again.

My friend, I, and our wives had a late lunch at Mitchell's Street Pub today. Our wives decided they wanted to go shopping in downtown Petoskey. My friend and I decided shopping wasn't on our agenda. So we decided to go to TAP30 to drink some beer while our wives shopped.

WHAT A GREAT FIND! We decided to have flights of beer. JAKE, our bartender did a great job assisting us in our beer selections based on our taste profiles. JAKE was friendly and informative about all the beers.
All said and done we drank half of the 30 beers on tap.

Next time will be there for food as well as the beer.

Place was amazing. Went there mainly to try the beer but the food was absolutely amazing and shocked both of us. Jalapeño bacon burger, tater tots, and lettuce bbq pork wraps changed our lives and we’ll be making them at home. MMMMM

Tap 30 has a great atmosphere. There’s a small outdoor seating patio on Mitchell Street. The interior is comfortable and warm. They have a nice selection of beers. Tap uses the beer tv screen for availability which I don’t think are necessary-kind of a fad in my opinion. The Brussel Sprout /Cauliflower app was awesome. The pretzels were very good. The burger buns were very bad. The tots are good. The Caesar salad was not good-the lettuce was all was cores and it didn’t have any croutons. The service was very good.

Food really isn’t that good unfortunately.. I have also applied to this place when they claim they need urgent hire but never hear back. I went in specifically for a drink I like and it tasted really off. I paid for my drink and when I paid the server said have a goodnight instead of asking if I wanted any change as if he had done a stand up job in the 5 minutes I was there… I ordered a drink looked at the menu and it took a solid minute for him to come back when there was maybe 8 people in the whole place. no offense or anything but if it’s not worth my time it’s not work my money..

Overall it was very good. We were with a large party and they did a great job! The wings were delicious, like the chipotle bbq sauce, had a bit of a kick. The pretzels were very soft and the smoked Gouda was so rich and delicious! The lamb and rice was so flavorful and the lamb very tender. The tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and cucumber were fresh. The max and cheese with spinach and bacon also very good and the kids max and cheese was average portion for kids meal. Only thing that was off was the feta and lemon sauce with the Brussels, it was super salty. Smash burger was very good as well.
