Ashley is a saint sent from above! I had a really unfortunate experience with a different charcuterie business in Palisade for our engagement party, and that other business ghosted us a WEEK before our party. No call backs, nothing. I was left without food for an event people from all over the country were flying in for!! I called Taste of Palisade in absolute hysterics begging for help. Ashley had other events scheduled around my event but together, we made it work. She still delivered on my vision and everything was so perfect and beyond my expectations! She made the most amazing table and the whole evening.... THE TABLE IS ALL THE GUESTS RAVED ABOUT. Ashley saved our event and the table was the star of the show! Thank you a million times Ashley!!!! Your professionalism, kindness and willingness to help is unmatched. I will recommend her 100 times and if I could give her a 100 star review. Thank you, thank you!!

Ashley is so talented and made the most beautiful charcuterie board for us while touring wineries on our pedicab. She made it hassle free by delivering it to a winery where our pedicab dropped us off for lunch. It was delicious and our only regret was not ordering another one since we had 3 days of enjoying the beautiful wineries of Palisade. Highly recommend!! You will love it!

This was such a good idea! Locally sourced, artfully put together and so many colors!!! We loved our charcuterie board for a small Mother’s Day get together with my family. If I could I would probably have one of Taste of Palisade’s boards for my lunch/dinner every day. Ashley was so fun and easy to work with too. Such a wonderful change to have a nice person to talk to who actually likes what they do.

We ordered a charcuterie board to be delivered during our wine tour with Palisade Pedicab. Ashley was amazing to work with while planning. She and Mark at Palisade Pedicab did all the behind the scenes organizing for us. I didn’t need to worry about one thing during our day. The entire group was blown away at how beautiful and delicious our board was! We were already having an amazing time and this pairing really elevated our day to the next level.

What a perfect addition to an afternoon of wine tasting! The presentation is gorgeous but the food is even more delicious. Such a great way to support local businesses and bring the diverse offerings of Palisade all onto one plate! This is a must-do if heading to Palisade or planning to drive through the area.

My boyfriend ordered a charcuterie board for my birthday and it was absolutely delish! They even coordinated with our pedicab tour guide to deliver the board to our next stop on our wine tour. Everything on the board was local and fresh. And it was beautiful!
