1 server for entire restaurant. 2 hour wait for appetizers which were then served with the entrees. When we told manager about the long wait, she asked us if we had ordered! Serious staffing problem. Decor feels pop-up, not permanent. Had to ask for lights to be lowered - it was very cafeteria like when we entered. Asked if there was music. It had to be turned on. The food, however, was quite nice; my branzino was perfect. Good menu, good food coming from renowned chef. So needed a good venue in this area that I hope the staffing issue is resolved. Will give it another try.

The only disappointment was that the place was not packed. It absolutely should be. Our server Rebecca was beyond attentive. The food was outstanding! I had the Shrimp and Scallop Risotto, and the Mrs. had the Roasted Day Boat Sea Scallops. Being a chef by trade, I need scallops to be perfect! Well they were phenomenal! That perfect sear outside and that fluffy burst of flavor inside. There was so much shrimp and scallops in my risotto, which was done to creamy perfection, I decided to take some home to enjoy it again later.

Oh and one more thing, the garlic and olive oil soaked bread rolls are to die for! They were crunchy and soft at the same time with fresh garlic and grated Parmesan cheese on top. I could have eaten 20 of them.

I'm a very big Italian guy who knows food. Take it from me, I'm sure when season starts and the snowbirds see that the place is complete and try this food, it will packed every night!

2nd time in 3 days to this restaurant. First time in a party of 5 and four meals were good. My pasta was overcooked and over sauced. Went again last night in a party of 4. Appetizers were fine. We then waited a long time for entrees and had to chase them up - the restaurant was far from busy. 2 entrees were good, 2 not so good. One guest ordered lamb - medium rare. Got lukewarm lamb which was rare. I ordered the shrimp risotto. What I got was shrimp with orzo pasta. Waiter told me that risotto takes up to an hour (no it doesn't) so they substituted the orzo. As excuses go, this was one of the worst I have heard. I asked why they would not have asked me if it was ok to substitute the rice before presenting it to me but no good answer was forthcoming.
They clearly have issues with the kitchen and I will not go back until they get that fixed. This is not a cheap restaurant and they should focus on delivering a product they can be proud of rather than a "that'll do" attitude.
In summary, in 2 visits I left hungry because I could not eat the entree.
