If this face doesn't tell you how happy she is staying at the Animal Den, I'm not sure what else will. We absolutely love the entire staff. Our girl is partial to Gwen, her buddy. 🙂 They provide status updates at any given moment, and all of the love and attention that a pup could ask for. Thanks, Animal Den!

When I made reservation for my dog and I was quoted $50 + $10 for outdoor fenced in play time. When my dog was picked up we were charged $90. My dog was only there overnight. The staff explained that they charge by the day not the night. They lack integrity and practice poor communication when it comes to pricing. 😡😡😡 It is a nice facility and they provide good care but I feel robbed. Animal Den you can do better. Just be honest and clear, honor the price you give and provide written quotes beforehand. Don't act like gangsters.

Today was my first experience with this establishment. I took my two heelers, they needed grooming, and the first interaction with Morgan, the groomer, was very welcoming and pleasant. Jessica was our first interaction when we arrived, and she was very pleasant. Both my pups were treated with love, and I could tell when I picked them up after their first grooming. I've already scheduled a next appointment for my dogs to be groomed again.

My favorite place to board and for grooming. Everyone is always so nice and my dog is always happy afterward. And he’s always excited to be back there when I drop him. The facilities are really nice and they stay on top of updates, such as the recent grooming improvements. Boarding can get busy so make sure you schedule well ahead for busy times (e.g. school breaks), but that’s the story for the whole area. Just shows how good they are!

I rarely give reviews but had to leave one for The Animal Den. We boarded our pup here last weekend and were absolutely impressed by the care team. Our pup is anxious and maybe unfriendly at times and we ourselves are pretty anxious while boarding him. They were empathetic to our pups concerns and worked with us to make sure we are able to place him inside the kennel. While we were picking him up, they told us how he was doing and any issues they noticed with his pee and poop routine. Will highly recommend to anyone who has an anxious/unfriendly pup and they will take awesome care of you!

Every staff member is super competent and helpful. We've boarded our dog multiple times and she is always well cared for.

We also enjoy their Day Time Retreat when we have busy days and can't let her every time she "rings the bell."
She gets playtime and exercise with other dogs, which is good for her.

Update: I haven't been there in a long time but I heard they stopped doing free nail trims. It was great while it lasted. I'm sure it was an unnecessary hassle for them and then COVID happened.

I am very impressed with the Animal Den in Whitestown, IN. They took wonderful care of my pup while I was out of town for the weekend. I highly recommend this facility. There are so many options while boarding. I am so grateful for a place I can trust to leave my fur baby when I have to be gone. Thank you!!!!!!😊
