We came in from out of town to hunt the area and our dog needed to be seen while we were out there. So very impressed with the service and how they handled everything. Unlike a lot of vets, Dr Tori wanted us to weigh in on decisions rather than just making them for us. She was so kind and patient. The tech was amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

Dr Mack cared for our cats when we lived in Plainville years ago. We moved to the Wichita area and had to get a new vet. My cat got diagnosed with diabetes last year and my current vet gave me no direction and we spent months struggling with managing it. After many struggles, I turned to Dr Mack with questions and she helped me completely get him regulated, not charging me, but always being available to help though. I told her she should charge me for all the time she put into helping me from hours away. She refused. She also gave me a referral to a different vet near me to help. I see him next week! I’d recommend her to anyone. She has nearly saved my cat’s life via text. She was great with my pets when we lived in Plainville. Top notch!

Plain and simple!, these people are top notch surgeons!. There were two or three hard lumps in our cat Nala's chest!. Real nasty stuff!!!. Several months later after the surgery on her chest!. Smooth as glass now and seams way happy!!...

Excellent vets! I recommend this place for all of your animals. I feel like my pets are their family when we go there every time. Had to put one of our babies down a few months ago. And our vet was so caring. I love this place

Just got my 2 boy cats fixed here yesterday and they did an outstanding job! Super affordable in my opinion, I was definitely scared at first of high prices, but I think it was reasonable. Very reassuring group of people with lots of knowledge, ready to answer questions in easily understood ways and they really do care about the health of your pet. My boys are happy and healthy, and I plan on bringing my dog in next week!

These ladies —WoW 🤩🤩
They welcomed my pup whom they hadn’t seen before — Were patient & kind — when my pup was very scared. Dr. Mack took the time to consult with the Veterinary Center Team @ Kansas State University — again on a dog she had never seen before and took the time to explain all the options and answers all my questions.
Dr. Mack immediately referred us to Kansas State University — & Angie sent us on our way to Manhattan with the contact # & directions.
While we drove to Manhattan from Plainville these ladies had everything set up for us. It worked perfectly.
I am feeling so blessed — Dr. Mack & Angie provided phenomenal care to my fur babe!!
The ophthalmologist @ K-State complimented me on our quick response time — to get my pup the help her eye needed. I owe that to Dr. Mack!!! She went above & beyond!!!
