Everything about The Carmichael House is beautiful: the mansion, the event hall, the grounds. Our daughter just had her wedding at this venue, and it makes for stunning wedding day photos, as well as just a gorgeous place to celebrate such a special occasion. The owner is an excellent communicator and coordinator, always answering our questions and guiding things so that our big day went unbelievably smoothly. We also enjoyed the convenience of reserving the Carmichael's additional property, the Inn on Second (across the street!) for our bridal party the night before the wedding. HIGHLY recommend.

Our wedding at The Carmichael House, May 4, 2024, was absolutely beautiful. The owner/coordinator Paige was incredible!! Her hospitality made me and my wedding party feel so welcome, she was so accommodating while also allowing us all the space and time we needed to enjoy ourselves. There was also a space for my husband and his friends to enjoy themselves as well and he said they truly enjoyed themselves. While searching for a venue, what set Paige apart from other venues I visited was that she was so personable, and I didn't feel like I was just another business transaction. We talked back and forth for a year during the planning process, and she always responded in a timely manner, especially the last few weeks of planning, I was bothering her late into the night, but she was responding immediately. She kept the wedding on track and on time. I would highly recommend The Carmichael House as a top-notch wedding venue if you're in the market for a wedding venue you definitely won't be disappointed.

I love to tour old homes and learn about their history. The Carmichael house has been beautifully restored and decorated for Christmas! The event hall is stunning and very well laid out to function for many different events.

I just had my wedding at The Carmichael House on 10/23/21. I had an evening wedding and it was AMAZING!!! The vintage style mansion, the lighted gazebo, and the gorgeous, rustic style reception hall barn with the chandelier was EVERYTHING I could've imagined! The fire pit was a hit with my wedding guests as well. Throughout my entire planning, Paige Beck was patient, kind, and extremely informative. She was my "day of coordinator" on my wedding day and assisted myself and my bridal party with all kinds of things I would have never thought of having never planned a wedding before. The Carmichael House is a well kept, secret jewel. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, charming venue with staff that cares about your event and responds in a timely manner, this is your place. I'm almost sad my wedding is over now and I won't be visiting the house for our meetings anymore. lol

The Butts County Chamber of Commerce has held our Leadership Class' graduation dinner here for the past two years. Beautiful facility and grounds. Owners are great hosts and easy to work with! The Event Center is a great addition to our town.

My husband and I were so fortunate to find this amazing, perfect venue. The main Victorian home by itself is so breathtaking with its gorgeous decor. The large outdoor space and reception hall were perfect for our ceremony, photos, and guests! Our wedding guests were pretty AMAZED upon arrival. The venue owners were so coordinated, helpful, professional, and fun to work with too. As a bonus, the venue's Airbnb right across the street is so nice for wedding party guests- also finished and decorated so nicely! We also loved how conveniently close to the downtown square we were. This venue was just perfect!
