I love this place! Their mission is to get senior cats adopted and save them from the local kill shelter. There are so many really sweet cats to visit and play with. The vibe is really laid back and it’s a fantastic way to take a break/destress. We loved it!

Love this place & Love their mission to help seniors and rescues! I enjoyed interacting with all cats, especially Jasper (black cat) who is just the sweetest little angel! Everyone is extremely kind and I will be making an effort to visit/volunteer often!

I love The Cat Lounge. The owner, Leona, is providing such an awesome service to our community by saving cats that would otherwise not have a place to be. I believe so much in what the The Cat Lounge is doing that I became a volunteer! We have now found loving homes for 22 cats. There is always a need for volunteers, or if you are looking to adopt, please come and visit!

If you’ve ever been to the Cat Lounge, in Martinez you will love it. They’re 25 cats here Some , older and some younger Who otherwise would be put down. I donate once a month $100 and it makes me feel really good. It’s a nonprofit and they always need the money and I could see exactly where my money goes. I see the cats that I’m helping Sabrina

A great place to interact with cats of all types. They specialize in senior cats, but there are also young ones. Meet and greet and possibly decide to provide a forever home to a sweet cat or two.
