I purchased tickets to see Wreckno about two months ago for next weekend, but unfortunately, due to a family matter, I’m no longer able to attend. I submitted a refund request not expecting anything to come from it and to just eat the cost. To my surprise, just a few hours later, I received an email from Ron, the owner of The Den and Tiger Fox. He explained that while they don't typically offer refunds, he was more than happy to let me switch my tickets to any other show of my choice.

I was truly impressed by how quickly he responded, and the fact that the owner himself took the time to personally address my situation went above and beyond my expectations. His response reflected the compassion and humanity that this company clearly values.

I’m giving 5 stars because I can’t give 6. This company deserves all the success, and I’ll be sure to support them in the future!

Great venue, great sound! Last night there was a tea bar, and I loved it! Such a great feature to add to the shows. It was nice to be able to take a break and relax before heading back in to watch music.

Been to the Den twice now, and both times were superb experiences thanks to the unwavering atmosphere of consent fostered by every single staff member with whom I interacted. I especially appreciated the security person asking “may I touch you?” before patting me down. Also there’s plenty of free hydration, which I think all venues should be required to provide but some will charge you $2 for a bottle of water. Very glad that that is not the case here! Finally, I am immensely pleased and grateful that they allow me to spin my poi during shows!!! But yeah, huge shoutout to the staff for cultivating an environment which so obviously and sincerely prioritizes consent!!!

What sort of venue denys a ticket holder entry for carrying trail mix and weed gummies in their bag? I work in events. This is terrible customer service. If their is a prohibited item, you just inform the guest they have to dispose of it or hold it for them. You don't deny entry. The security who did this last night needs to be removed.

Cool spot to have events, and I had a good time here. What's really annoying is forcing us to wear wristbands, when there's No Reentry. Like what the point? I would only go here if there's someone I Really wanted to see, But if it's just a so-so artist I'll pass, between the no reentry, after paying 30bucks at the door.
