We’ve made an appointment for this month and we’re super excited because we’ve seen and heard only great things about Jessie and we’ve seen some pups out on our walks with amazing results. We’ll definitely come back after her appointment with photos from then and now. Stay tuned. 😊
Update: Oh my gosh, where do I start
My pup and I were greeted great, Jessie took the time to ask about my pup, what was I looking for?
Jessie called me and said she was ready to come home. My pup came out from around the corner and she looks 1,000,000 times better than the last two groomers. Jessie did an amazing job at cleaning up the last groomers work. She did a fantastic job all together. When I took her to PetSmart grooming and when picked her up, she was shaking so bad and she’s never acted like that. When I went to pick my pup up, she wasn’t shaking at all.
The tidying up, the cut is perfect. The Dog Day Spa definitely has a new client!

Update:. 7/26 Took our pup in again today for a trim. Went to pick her up and she ran back into the work area. She wasn't really all that excited to see me. You see. This groomer has won her heart. Thank you for being such a good person. We will be back.

How do you give a score to someone who doesn’t return phone calls or answer their phone. Left 3 messages in a 10 day period to see if she would take my schnauzer. Crickets. Even to just say she isn’t taking new clients. Not impressed. Moving in to someone else.

Refused to let me muzzle my dog and use sedation like was said over phone. The other dogs were snarling and barking just as much as mine. Some groomer. Maby type of dog and size should be listed on line!

$10 to get my dauchshund's nails trimmed and they were fast and my dog didn't yelp once!! Never happened before!! Thanks!!!
