I have been taking my dog to the Dog Pawlour for over a year now for daycare, nail trims, and self washes. I cannot describe how AMAZING they are. From the front desk staff to the daycare coordinator and staff, they are all so friendly, attentive, and responsible. They have created an amazing environment for me and my dog. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Their self wash stations are well maintained and high quality. They offer all different types of washing tools and products.

I do 2 full days a week of daycare and my dog absolutely loves going. He is worn out and content after every visit! They take amazing pictures of interactions between dogs and what they did that day. They have small events and fun “parties” that your dog can participate in throughout each month as well!

Just wanted to take the time and thank the incredible staff at the dog pawlour! A few months ago, our groomer closed and I booked with them. Something went wrong and my initial appointment got canceled, but the staff worked with me and fit me in the very next day before they even opened. My rescue dog was used as bait in dog fights, heavily abused and is now a senior. He has sensitive spots that can cause him to snap. The first appointment they were not able to calm him down to finish (he still looked fabulous afterwards) and recommended booking with a master stylist. He is a chow/border collie mix so he is very fluffy and has a thick coat and sheds a ton. Jessica did such a fantastic job for our second appointment and said his only issue was with the dryer which is common for many dogs! A big thank you to the entire staff for their patience and compassion with my dog. If you are looking for a new groomer in Fort Collins that are experienced and knowledgeable with dogs who can be more difficult to groom look no further. Thank you guys again!

Morgan has been grooming our miniature schnauzer since he has been a puppy, and she is amazing! We are so grateful for her care (and taking it slow when he is anxious) and love for our Wallace. He always comes back looking great, and she has shown off her skills as a stylist multiple times with different approaches to his hair cut. Wallace loves coming here to get groomed, and is always so happy when we bring him and pick him up. So wonderful to find a groomer that really cares about their clients and their profession!!

I like this place and it's clean considering all the doggos coming and going. What I don't like is the way they do the shampoo and conditioner. They mix it into larger containers and add water. What happens is once near it being 3/4 empty, the product comes out in unexpected chunks and slips off the fur down the drain. The things I love are the powerful dryer and the appropriate temperature of the bath water.

Took my mini Goldendoodle here for the first time and she got the best cut she's ever had from Kyle. She was a little more stressed than usual going in because of the sounds of the dogs being boarded, but other than that everything was awesome.

If I could give a zero I would. The first time I brought my puppy into the dog pawlour I went to the location on college - he was 12 weeks old so they gave him a “puppy cut” which consisted of his face and around his sensitive areas. They told me to bring him back in 6-8 weeks for a full cut. My puppy is a yorkie so he has a full coat and needs to be bathed weekly. By doing this his coat started to mat and when I brought him into the harmony location they told me the risks of matting and had me sign a waiver stating that he could get cut in the process. About a half hour after I dropped him off they called me and told me he got cut and they couldn’t finish his groom. After picking him up I noticed that this was way more than just a cut on his skin, they had taken off a chunk of his skin and had a flap of skin hanging off. I called and asked to speak with a manager to express my concerns and I had the owner call me back. She was less than caring when it came to my concerns, cut me off multiple times while speaking and continued to blame the cut on my dog being “wiggly” while getting groomed. Again this was his second time getting groomed and as a professional business I would expect them to treat my dog with care and adjust to him to make sure he was comfortable and not proceed until they were able to calm him. The owner was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to care for your dogs.

In addition to this company blaming the cut on Remy being wiggly (as you can see in their comment below) I would expect that as professionals, if a puppy comes in and is wiggly that they would take extra care and stop the groom if they feel they are unable to safely shave him without injury. My dog ended up needing stitches because of their lack of care. When I called for a compensation the only thing the owner offered was a free groom. In all honesty when my dog needs stitches because of how he was groomed prior I have zero confidence or comfort in taking my dog back again. I called back to get a copy of the waiver I signed for my records and one of the employees unknowingly answered the phone, told the owner I was calling back and the owner proceeded to tell her not to answer my phone call. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service in my life.

Took my dog for years to Petco for nail trims and she was just fine. When I couldn’t get an appointment there, I went to the Dog Pawlour and my dog has not be the same since. She has never had any issues with her feet, but after coming here twice, she is traumatized. I do not know who her groomer was, but I will never take her here again for that service. They wouldn’t let me stay within eyesight of her, saying that it was harder on her even though she was obviously stressed. I just took her to the vet to get her nails done this morning and the vet had to muzzle her to get her front feet done… something that in her 5 years with me has NEVER had to happen. Everything started when I took her here to get her nails done. I do not trust their groomers with my dog.

They always make our pups welcome. We have a mix of mutts and purebred dogs, and their groomers are fantastic at picking out the best cuts. If our dogs misbehaved or were nervous, they give us an after action report. Their little selection of treats and toys always has something novel in it we end up getting.
