Not only were the wonderful ladies who own this company very accommodating with getting my dog in for grooming ASAP, they were kind and talented as well. My dog wasn't stressed out at all when I collected him, and looked absolutely gorgeous. Which is a feat in itself since he is part husky. The price was extremely fair and the customer service was wonderful. Couldn't be happier, will be back!

The groomer took wonderful care of my nervous rescue, and he looked wonderful after she was done. It wasn't much more expensive than taking him to a chain groomer, and it was worth it for how thorough and gentle their groomers are.
I'll definitely be taking him back there.

My mini schnauzer mix is the typical nervous type of breed. Even after many years of grooming with different providers he is super timid. The Dog Shop does a wonderful job grooming him while also helping him to feel more at ease during the session. Thank you!!!

Customer Lost. I've been taking my Bernese to this groomer for the past year. I always tip at least 20% and consider myself to be a low-maintenance, polite customer. Today I was running 25 minutes late to my dog's appointment due to work (for the for time in my history with this place). I called and left a voicemail explaining the situation and asking them to call me back if it was a problem. After receiving no call back, I showed up with my dog for his appointment. A brunette, curly haired woman approached me and let me know, somewhat snidely, that she would not take my dog for the appointment because we were 25 minutes late. Keep in mind-they typically keep my dog for half a day, so in my opinion, 25 minutes is not going to make or break the appointment. Even if it meant my dog getting 25 minutes less of a service, I would have been fine with that. The employee did not care about any of this, did not attempt to reconcile the situation and make it work, just said it was their "policy" and that is that. She informed me that they do not check their voicemails during the day. Given that I've been a loyal, easy, well-paying customer for the last year, I expected a little grace from this place, and did not get it. I will not be coming back, and I will not recommend this place to others.
