Jonathan is amazing. His personality, approach and professionalism made for an excellent experience. I had such a wonderful time in the foundations class with my toy poodle, Wally. The trainers we worked with are Andrea and Sydney, and they are just incredible! They are very patient and knowledgeable. They know each dog and their personalities.

Wally was the only small dog in the class, but even so, the trainers always made it a point to mention things I might have to do differently (if needed) and included us. We were in a group of 6, and everyone had their own space, which was very important for Wally, as he is nervous/reactive to new and particularly big dogs. He took to the class better than I could have hoped. By the end, he was relaxed on a cot in a room of other dogs and people. The environment, clear instructions, and one-on-one time we had with trainers was fantastic. There were 6 people/dogs in our group and 2 trainers, so they were really able to help everyone individually for each exercise.

I feel like I have the tools to succeed with Wally now! As a first time dog owner, it has been a huge learning experience. I wish I had come to the dog wizard sooner. Additionally, I am so excited to embark in the lifetime training support! We have already had a lesson as part of the lifetime support to help us work on Wally’s reactivity to other dogs on walks and barking. He has definitely gotten better through the class, but we still needed some help. It was tremendously helpful. They came to my house for the lesson and even brought a dog to help with the training! Absolutely call up the Frankfort Dog Wizard!

The Dog wizard was fantastic at helping to get our rottie trained up! They were able to answer any questions that we had and even did a one on one training session about a small food aggression problem she had as a baby puppy it stopped after just one extra lesson! I would absolutely recommend them for anyone who want to make sure that a small puppy gets the best start they can.

Just completed my first Foundation Class with my Border Collie rescue, Toby. It has been an awesome experience as both Sydney and Andrea are great trainers with lots of experience. Classes are small and held in a great facility that provides a safe environment for training. Just like it’s name, the class provides a good foundation for a well behaved pet. Looking forward to taking more classes from these trainers.

So very thankful for the Dog Wizard and all they taught my puppy and myself! Peaches(10 month old bernedoodle) completed their 2 week jumpstart program and has been so successful since coming home! Sydney was truly lovely to work with and learn from (both for myself and my pup). Would highly recommend her and all the other trainers at the dog wizard. Sydney just came to my home to see how things are going and Peaches loved seeing her! Made me even happier knowing that my dog remembered her and was so excited to see her! She even helped me solve a problem with a dog I’m currently babysitting! When I picked my dog up from the program, everyone knew her name and loved on her. Truly made me feel great as an owner knowing they loved my little rotten peach so much!

My Double Doodle Murphy had a lot of fear and would bark at everyone. He also would pull on his leash when walking and would not come to me when called. The Dog Wizard trainers were amazing! I did the 14 day board and train and I got a totally different dog back. He is a wonderful companion now thanks to them. The support classes for their graduates are also a great way to keep their skills fine tuned. Love them and highly recommend them! So glad we have them in Frankfort!

The Dog Wizard of Frankfort are miracle workers! EVERY issue we had with Oakley before we signed her up for the board and train (counter surfing, jumping up on doors and people, digging, always going 100 mph, etc..) is GONE! We could not be happier with Oakley! When she came home, she was a completely different dog. Sydney is a true blessing to our family and we will be forever grateful. I will reccommend The Dog Wizard Forever! Thank you so very much!
