We have taken 4 dogs here 3 of ours and 1 was an adopted rescue for a disabled veteran. We have never had any problems or issues and the staff is polite and a joy to talk to. I would recommend anyone to take their dogs to see B.J. and Chris without hesitation.

I just live a couple houses away from this place so it was convenient to bring my dog there to be groomed Ive taken him there a couple times but I definitely won’t bring him back again. Two of his nails were cut too short and now my pood dog is bleeding all over my carpet. Accidents happen but on two paws? Cmon.

I took my dog for a summer cut and for his nails to get cut. When I picked up my dog he looked like he needed to be shaved again, it was very spotty, and his nails were very ridged and looked like they needed to be cut still. They sent my dog home not bathed and not brushed when it came in the package deal and his hair was everywhere as I pet him.This place was filthy with dirt, dust, and hair EVERYWHERE. Dogs sat in uncleaned kennels shaking of fear. The employees did not even try to care for my dog they just took him off the leash and basically grabbed my dog and threw it in the kennel. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Petco may be more expensive but they will treat your dog way better than this filthy place.

Our dog loves coming and playing here when we have to go out of town. He is always excited to see his friends and torture the owners/staff. Both owners are super nice.
