We had a wedding shower for my niece in the main unit at Fannie Stout. It was perfect! Chris could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The venue itself was lovely and was the perfect place to welcome our guests and enjoy a lovely day. I would highly recommend this historic home for your next visit to Dubuque, or for your special event to host your friends.

Awesome place to stay and walking distance to many places. The architecture of this place is amazing, the wood details, the rooms, the space is huge, comfy front porch, the dining room that fit maybe 35 people, everything is just amazing, highly recommend this place.

We stayed on the third floor and it was awesome. Clean and updated enough to be comfortable but still kept all the charm of the building. I would stay there again in an instant.

Myself, my partner, and a couple friends of ours stayed here for a weekend in the top floor. The space was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The windows, architecture, and character of the suite were so charming. We even told folks to look out for this place to stay in if they ever found themselves in Dubuque!

Have stayed here for a week with the family, 2nd floor apartment. Very large open living room and bedroom. Extremely clean and well maintained. Very old structure that has kept its design and character. Hosts are very responsive, professional and couldn’t be more pleased with them. Great place to stay, highly recommend this over a hotel!
