We had our Doberman and yorkie mix groomed! I am so pleased with how they look! We haven’t had the best experience finding a groomer in the area! My Doberman is very scared and they were so gentle with him! This is the first time we’ve left a groomer and my dog seemed happy and not nervous! We are so thankful to have found such amazing people to groom my babies! Thank you so much!

They are always friendly and handle the animals well. My dog is very comfortable here. She started in 2020. Her cut is as cute as a button she looks soo adorable and smells like heaven. It seems like she is in a better mood after being groomed and is calm on the way home not always calm on the way there.

The lady that checked us in and groomed my frenchie was very friendly and explained the process very thoroughly. My pup smelled fresh and was happy as a lark after the cashier gave her a treat. I will be coming back to the groom gallery. Good prices. Friendly staff

Was very impressed with the young lady that did my dog’s nails today. Haven’t had the best past experience with employees here. Overall will return as long as service like today’s continues.

They won’t return my calls I’ve been calling everyday for them to re groom my dog. They gave her uneven ears, horrible looking muzzle, a tail when she has no tail. It’s so choppy, Made my beauty dog ugly. I’m just devestated. All they have to do is recut her.

My husband picked up the dog and paid before he saw her and left before starting a fight.

I been to this location since it was golizards go and never had a problem with her hair cut ever in 7 years of her life.

Update: the way they groomed her in the back she had feces impacted that I had to cut and clean up when it was their job, I really want her to get groomed or I demand a refund. What a joke!

I've been using this groomer for years! Never had one issue but today a rude employee informed me they suddenly had no record of my dogs or current vet info so they would not be serving me today. She asked me my vets name and I told her. They were already closed so she refused me. Horrible customer service! Not the customers fault a business doesn't keep better records! Why is my history, including vaccination records not in their system instead of a raggedy little index box she pulled from under the counter?! So disappointing. Not professional at all!!!!!! Horrible experience!!

Love this place💜. They always treat my dog like a queen even when she is a handful. Sara and Kat (sorry if I killed how you spell it) are amazing and they are very reasonable in price. Also they have boarding and my fur baby has been treated fabulously, their kennel and their grooming areas very clean , very well taking care of. Very happy with their service to the point that Moon gets her doggy spa once a month. Thinking in making it by-monthly. So recommend it 😊.
