Having an exotic pet is challenging. Trying to find an exotic vet near you and one that can also work you in in an emergency is fantastic!

I really appreciate how all the staff are personable, they work well together, and make everything as smooth as possible during the visit. We get a follow up call the day after to make sure all is well and ask the questions we forgot to during the appointment. Estimates of cost are always provided up front. Being able to check out in the exam room and not having to bring an already stressed out pet back through the waiting room with others is also so nice.

I appreciate having my concerns heard, no matter how ridiculous they may sound. I feel that treatment options and plans are established with my help and what is feasible moving forward.

This place is such a good vets office. My dog needed surgery and Dr. Debell and all of the techs were so great about walking me through everything and answering my questions. They call and check in with you after every appointment to monitor your pet. I was late for 1 appointment in our 3 month journey with them due to a highway closure and they still let me come in. They are speedy with medication refills and pricing is comparable to those surrounding them. I never felt pressured to go through with anything I wasn’t comfortable with or like we were just a sale. They treated my dog with the utmost care and respect every time she was there. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome, prices, and journey with them and would recommend. It was way less stress due to their organization and communication styles. This will continue to be our vet. They really go above and beyond to make the visit the best it can be by tayloring your visit to your unique pet.

They were amazing! Got our sick puppy in right away after she had been misdiagnosed by another vet and had been getting worse. They were friendly, professional, super helpful and showed genuine care for our pup! We will be going to them from now on!

Well i wouldnt go to any other place, my Dr for my little dog Stitch has been taken great care of by Dr. Dabell and staff. She is kindest Dr and gentle my dog loves her soothing voice. The facility is clean, prompt, so caring, compassionate, great on scheduling, i wouldnt be able to rate them enough. Thank you for taking care of my little and only guy who then helps me.

I have been going here for the past year or so for my 2 cats. Being in grad school it was very convenient for myself to have this vet located so close, but have always felt that they were super pricey even just for routine check ups. My most recent experience I called on a Saturday to see if they had any availability to see one of my cats who hadn’t been acting right for a couple days. I was able to get in a couple hours later thankfully. The Dr did an exam and looked over my cat, who had a knee popped out of place. Not only did I leave in tears and feeling worse because the Dr made me feel horrible and felt judged for not doing X-rays to make sure my cat hadn’t ingested anything (in which she didn’t) but also kept telling me that my cat had been throwing up at home for the last couple of days even though I told the Dr. my cat had thrown up a very small amount once a couple days prior to her symptoms beginning but the Dr still kept telling me that my cat had been throwing up at home. I was also told that they would call me on 5/28 to check on my cat, I haven’t heard from them at all. My cat perked up as soon as we got home and got some medicine to help with her knee and has been doing great since. I’m glad I trusted my gut, and knowing my cat best, that I didn’t let this Dr. rip me off of more of my money with tests that my cat didn’t need.

I've been blessed with pets all my life, and with that have met a lot of veterinarians...never one like Dr. Paternoster. The love and compassion she showed for my kitty, Todd, is unparalleled. Todd went to heaven Tuesday. I miss him dearly, but I know he had the best care possible and more love than anyone could give. Thank you, Dr. Paternoster!

I don't have enough words to say all the great things about the Meadows Veterinary Center. They were warm and welcoming throughout our entire visit. They always made sure we were on the same page as well. Dr. Paternoster was brilliant and kind with every aspect of our visit and pets.
