The mill is a great place for concerts. Definitely be back in the future. Love this place. Disappointed in Steve miller. Drove from another state to see Steve miller and was in the pit. He signed a 20 year olds 33 album and I was right to the right of her in front holding up a cd cover and sharpie to get signed and he would not sign. He saw me holding it up there. The rest of the band saw it to standing right in front of me. One other girl behind me wanted an autograph because it was her birthday and she didn’t get one either. Just three people that was wanting an autograph. If it weren’t for us buying tickets he wouldn’t have that income. All my life I liked Steve miller/ Steve miller band but now since that happened I wished that I had never went because now I don’t care if I listen to his music ever again. I think different now about him and will never go to another of his shows!!

Went to the Firehouse, Winger concert a couple of weeks ago. It was our first time at the Mill. I was pleasantly surprised. Great venue. Lots of food and drinks options. Several porta-potties and even an air conditioned restroom trailer. No bad seats. We got the seated VIP tickets and will definitely do that again next time. We will most definitely be return customers.

There wasn't any long wait times or extremely long lines. The admission process was pretty quick and painless. It was easy to navigate and find your seating area. Beverages were close and within site so, no getting lost! That all made enjoying the concert much easier and allows you to take in the show uninhibited. The acoustics and sound was phenomenal! Great experience!

Venue Rating Only This was the venue where we took our son (14 yo) to his first concert. He was eagerly anticipating to see his favorite band, Queensryche at this venue. Other venues were 21+ where they were touring, so we secured "VIPPIT" access for his birthday, which in reality was just pit access with a wristband that later was found to not be strictly enforced. We traveled 2 hours and arrived when the gates opened at 5 p.m. for the 7 p.m. show to get a great spot and did, but the event was understandably delayed and evacuated due to a storm for just over an hour. However, the re-entry process was chaotic and disorganized, and although we expected to lose our prime spot, we found many many MANY more in the PIT section.

The experience then had continuous delays, with the public announcer frequently coming out with a bullhorn to provide inaccurate time updates and vague explanations. Hearing "we’ll have an answer in about 15 minutes" repeatedly only added to the frustration and crowd agitation, especially as the PA asked the crowd to applaud the stage crew, (who appeared to be huddled each time), and to be ready for a show that will “melt our faces off”. All the while, not relaying anything around what would be missing to come. The ‘“just the middle man” isn’t a thing when nothing had been stated.

The concert didn’t start until nearly 10 p.m., and the atmosphere was disappointing, with removed monitors and speakers, a wet stage, and no lighting or stage effects—just spot and floodlights, which gave the whole experience the feel of a Walmart parking lot. Slaughter opened with poor audio, plagued by excessive bass and treble along with microphone issues. Thankfully, the sound for Great White and Queensryche was much better! The bands were able to continue with what they had been dealt also. The concert ended at 1AM, and while not stated it was confirmed band did I fact cut their sets too.

All said, Im for the mantra that the show must go on, and for rocking out. However, there's no do-over for a 14-year-old's first concert experience, and unfortunately, this one fell far short of what it should have been, where this venue’s unpreparedness and improper handing is evident.

A neat venue for sure! We saw Jon Pardi in concert here in 2022! Parking was easy. Leaving was a little hectic due to the flow of traffic but not an issue if you don't mind waiting for the crowds to clear. We enjoyed this place!

Fun night with family and friends. Free parking. The show started at 7 pm but the doors opened at 5 pm . We were there when the door opened. VIP is the way to go. Air-conditioned bathrooms, Vip bar. Get there early and get a great seat. Drink prices were what you expect in a concert venue. 7 to 8 dollars beer, my favorite mix drink is the Wabash it was 10.00. We had such a great first time here. Check out the pictures.

My wife and I went to the Winger, Nelson, firehouse, Great White show. Obviously, those are old bands and the crowd was made up mostly of people who were fans of these bands in high school thirty years ago. So, it was nice and mellow. We sat in our camp chairs the whole time and only had to stand for ovations or to get more drinks. The most comfortable concert I have been to even though the temp was in the high 90s! Get under the shade from the spotlight stand if it's hot. The venue is nice. Pea gravel in the VIP 2 section. They have lots of refreshment stands and flush toilets.
