Where do I even begin. Firstly, my wedding was the most perfect outcome I could’ve ever imagined. The Old Building was the best decision I could’ve ever made for a wedding venue. Not only is Colleen such an amazing human, her venue is absolutely breath taking. Such an intimate, yet large space. Her eye for decorating is stunning and the florals for my own theme went perfect with her preexisting decor. Everything from the front of the building to the bathroom is aesthetic. (Yes, even the BATHROOM is beautiful!) I can’t recommend The Old Building and Colleen enough.

The Old Building is absolutely gorgeous for any party or event! The venue has an amazing outdoor terrace, beautiful garden patio and the indoor space is so versatile. The owner is a dream to work with and is sure to make your event go smooth! Definitely do not overlook this gem!

We used the facility for the family to gather and eat after a funeral. The owner was so helpful to us. Beautiful building that has been restored. Nice patio area out back. Thank you again. Will definitely recommend her to others for a venue for weddings, showers or birthday parties.

My now husband and I decided to move our wedding up to allow my grandfather, whom is very sick, to attend our wedding. This decision was made 2 weeks before we wanted to have the ceremony. In a frantic time where we thought that there was no way we could pull this off, Mrs. Colleen (who owns The Old Building) came in and saved us. Not only is she one of the most accommodating business owners I have ever met, but she has a heart of gold and chooses to love and serve others with her work. She helped us decorate, organize, and operate the venue without complaint. Without her, my wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. The building is absolutely stunning without ever having decorations, much less once all of the items get added it could not have looked any better. Mrs. Colleen was involved with all of our family members and made everyone feel like they were at home. Because of how she treated us, I view her as my own family member now. What she was able to provide us with holds such a special memory to me. There really aren’t words to say how grateful I am for her and her beautiful venue. Everything about this place is absolutely perfect, and if I were given the choice to do it all over I would choose The Old Building (and Mrs. Colleen) a thousand times!

The Old Building is a beautiful venue to host an event! I’ve been to a few things and enjoyed myself at each event. Mrs. Colleen goes above and beyond to help out and always makes sure you having a good time. A plus is she makes the most beautiful flower arrangements too if you need as well.

The Old Building can host to casual or extravagate, holiday or weekend, party or ceremony........... I have had the opportunity to enjoy some of these special occasions at The Old Building. It's absolutely stunning as well as comfortable; accommodates to indoor and outdoor gathering; and always decorated in the perfect fabulous way for the specific event.

We always enjoy any event hosted in The Old Building. The wedding shower we held at The Old Building was a wonderful time for our family. It’s a beautiful venue-decorated with love and nurtured from a dream.
