I brought my fiancee in with me because she knows how to describe what I want better than i can. The lady just belittled her the entire time acting like she doesn't know anything, or as if my fiancee wanted me to look like another man. If you can tell her what you want yourself then do so. If you can your better off going somewhere else.

The owner is one of the nicest people you'll meet. Does a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I've has very nice perms and amazing colorings and cuts here. I would recommend Parlor on Main to all age groups. Her work is timeless. She is up on today's hairstyles for kids, teens, and adults. She also handles the older crowd expertly as well.

Edit: I am updating my review because the stylist in question is no longer with the shop. My mother recommended this shop and Elizabeth always does a good job.

One of the hair stylists doesn't like cutting "men's" hair. I came in for a short haircut and she looked at the attached picture for .2 seconds and then gave me an undercut with a bob ? I was also told how her husband would never "allow" her to cut her hair short. Just great!

It ended up being short enough after asking her to cut it shorter a couple times. I think I'll stick to a barber when I want short hair from now on.

Elizabeth has cut and dyed my hair and my daughter’s (with fun colors). She was wonderful and caring. Did an amazing job at helping the kiddo to relax and enjoy the session. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend for both price and quality.
