My husband and I got married at The Rivers Ranch recently. We absolutely loved the venue, and so appreciated Tracie. She was so very helpful in coordinating our wedding day along side our wedding planner. Everything went seamlessly and the set up was perfect despite a last minute change from outdoor- to indoor (due to weather). She was so great at her job, and we truly felt like she had our best interest at heart. She really listened to our preferences, and was working hard to get everything exactly right. She was great at communicating with us, and anything we needed was no issue! We wouldn't change a thing about our day and absolutely recommend this venue & Tracie. Big thank you to the whole set up team & all the staff at the venue who helped to make our day special.

Beautiful location. Fair pricing. In the middle of the country. The river is actually in the shape of a heart ❤ The owner was very personable, professional & extremely sweet. Highly recommend The Rivers Ranch for any special occasion you plan on having- especially weddings ❤

We were married April 6, 2024 and I only wish I had my pictures back to share how beautiful this venue is. Every detail is covered. I can not say enough amazing things about Tracie Callan who is the director of this amazing venue. She is a gift and does everything she can to make the day perfect. She will make every wish come true. Our meeting turned into a sweet friendship. Her team was right by my side on Saturday. Kayla, who works with Tracie, and the staff were just incredible. They made sure that anything needed was done. The Bride's cottage is like home away from home. Every single detail was provided and what a welcome place to just exhale for a few hours before the ceremony. Everywhere you looked was picture perfect. Tracie, Kayla and Rivers Ranch staff, you made our day perfect and a memory that I will cherish as long as I live. Can not thank you enough. Kerry and Terry Brand

We chose this venue because I was in the center of all of our family. Rivers is a beautiful property to have your wedding and the price is affordable as well. Tracie was top notch and amazing. She knew the questions that we were about to ask and had answers for us. The bridal suite was perfect for me and my girls to get ready in and I had a larger bridesmaid group of 8. I did not have a coordinator although, Tracie went above and beyond to make sure my day ran smoothly and for that I am beyond grateful! The men had a great time in the grooms suite and was more then enough to accommodate them and even got corn hole out to play before the wedding. Thank you to the entire staff of Rivers for making my day!

Perfect place to DJ a wedding! I had the pleasure of entertaining folks at this lovely location. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the guests had an amazing night!
