We really enjoyed boarding our dog at the Ruff Inn. We felt like she was very well cared for and we liked getting the report card every day letting us know how she was doing. The people were all very friendly and we will definitely be going back.

We boarded our dog over the weekend while we floated the river nearby. We were nervous because he has never been boarded before, has separation anxiety, takes medication for it, and does not do well with other dogs. We experienced excellent communication with Casey from the very beginning and were assured it was fine. He did amazing! He was very calm and didn’t seem anxious at all from beginning to end. He loved all of the staff and seemed to have a great weekend! We even received an update/report card during his stay which really helped put our minds at ease. Excellent communication, friendly staff, easy to work with, affordable, very clean establishment! Would definitely recommend to all of our nearby friends and stay again!

Absolutely love The Ruff Inn! Grooming was fantastic. Such a lovely experience for both my dog and myself. Atmosphere of boarding was calm and peaceful with lots of happy dogs. Very happy!

The staff at Ruff Inn are friendly, kind and accommodating to the needs of our pups. They have a clean and organized facility. Angie has groomed our pups before and I know she takes good care of them. I highly recommend Ruff Inn.

Would definitely not recommend.
Boarded our dog for 5 days. Staff and owner gave totally different daily reports. Staff report said all was good, then the owner called to say our dog had worms (provided no proof when I picked our dog up). Checked with our vet with a stool sample less than an hour after picking up our dog and they found nothing. If you live in Gravette or in the surrounding area, do your research and you'll find very nice boarding facilities. I wish I had researched more before using The Ruff Inn.

My Goldendoodle spent a week at The Ruff Inn. Communication was great. I received daily report cards and a picture.

We will definitely be using The Ruff Inn again. Our dogs loved the staff, I enjoyed the ease for booking, drop off/pick up and daily reports.
