Terrible management and maintenance and they tried to put $200 on my credit report once I moved out and they said we didn’t owe anything.

Mrs.Lisa is the best leasing agent this apartment complex has probably ever had!! She is on top of any issues that occur. It could be something needs fixed in the apartment or an issue with the downstairs neighbor. She’s on top of it!! Mrs.shelbie is a newer addition to the student housing but she is doing an amazing job as well. When I had an issue with my rent details she was nothing but helpful and present.

This place is absolutely thieving. There is no communication whatsoever. Four important people to me all put in applications, and two prepaid their deposits. Radio silence afterwards, and come to find out (TWO WEEKS AFTER APPLYING) they are NOT APPROVED AND STABLES IS NOT GIVING THEIR MONEY BACK. Application and admin fees, I could understand not returning. But deposits On apartments never lived in Ridiculous. Parents of ABAC Students: do NOT waste your money here.

Was a very nice place when I moved there back in August 2019, Management switched up the rules they promised once Sam left. If you had a 4th roommate your rent would drop $100. Once Megan became the property manager all that changed. Also we had mold all in our apartments. Poisonous spiders right by our front door. Also if you have a package please send it elsewhere because they will leave it at the gate. You can’t have guest anymore either & try to tow your vehicle if they park in the guest parking. Definitely too many people who stay out there. So they took the guest parking away. We had assigned parking spots but when someone parked in your spot they wouldn’t do anything but try to tow your vehicle if you parked in somebody’s parking spot. I’m glad I broke my lease.

Best place for college kids to live!! Lisa, the manager, knows all the kids names, where they’re from, who is in each apartment together. She is always there for everyone and makes them feel like they’re at home!!

It’s a good looking facility but the management is really poor. They add new rules by the week. Limiting when you can have guests over, completely doing away with guests parking, limiting access to pool to certain days, and constant text messages about random unjustified fees and cars they’re towing. Fees for being too loud ( because of the paper thin walls and floors ), random “power overages” that appear sometimes in the middle of the month, and multiple addendums to the lease are just some of the problems that are common. Also be prepared to stay out the entire lease. There is no method to exit the lease regardless of circumstances. They will threaten your mother’s credit score. The gym is decent, each apartment has it’s own bathroom, and the rent is reasonable, but the stables plays a game where it has all of the leverage. So Be careful living here.
