Tobias Theater, sometimes referred to as "The Toby," offers a peaceful atmosphere to take in outstanding performances, expert-led discussions, unexpected events, and must-see movies. The Toby, dubbed the "best screening room in Indianapolis," is a unique place to watch movies on a big screen in high definition DVD or 35mm with surround sound.

Very cool 550 capacity venue. I was in the top row and the sound was really good. Next time I'll definitely get floor seats.
The seats were very comfortable but the aisles are very narrow. Inexpensive concessions and free parking!
I would recommend The Toby.

The Toby is a really nice venue. The staff was friendly. But I am torn between 5 stars and 3. It was dark and John Oates came on stage. Noone turned on the lights for a while. He even asked if he maybe should not perform. After a while he said that he needs some water but noone was backstage. One of his musicians had to get up to get some water bottles.

I was here as an actor versus audience member. From a cast standpoint the facility is ok , dressing rooms need major improvement, heating & cooling needs addressed and having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs to get from stage to dressing rooms is not cute at all!

Cereal Cinema Day was awesome! Great opportunity to spend time with my kids and receive entry into the museum after the movie. Did I mention, unlimited cereal?
