This is a cozy theater staffed by friendly volunteers. We saw Annie. The acting was exceptional especially since many of the actors were children. The characters were as good as many we’ve seen in more expensive professional theater. I intend to watch more plays in the future at Theater in The Grove

Annie was our first show at Theater in the Grove and it was absolutely wonderful! There was so much talent and incredibly, beautiful attention to detail on that stage!! It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we can't wait to see more shows there!!

We love Theatre in the Grove! I’ve been taking my grandchildren for years (10+) as well as going with friends for a fun night out. I’ve never seen a show I didn’t like and the cast is always so much fun! We appreciate you Theatre in the Grove! We look forward to many more years ❤️🙂

We saw the comedy “Dracula”, and it was so much fun! The actors were hilarious and the show was actually well produced for the budget. This was our first time going after moving to Forest Grove a few years ago, and we’ll definitely be back.

As for the theater itself, it’s over 100 years old apparently and the men’s and women’s restrooms are up or down flights of stairs, save for one accessible bathroom on the ground floor.

The tickets were reasonable for a weekend show, we paid $20 a ticket. There’s pretty much not a bad seat in the place, either.

They had a modest snack bar and had a selection of beer and wine (and a specialty pre-order “blood bag” cocktail for our show; looked good but we didn’t get one).

Definitely a great spot for a weekend date night!

Scrooge the Musical was amazing. Took the whole family and we all walked away throughly impressed. Such a talented cast and extraordinary performance. It was an absolutely wonderful way to kick off the Christmas season. “Thank-you very much, that is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me!” We highly recommend!
