*update, still have heard NOTHING from them. Now reported them to the Bank and the Better Business Bureau

Terrible Customer Service. Booked a wedding and have been trying for the past TWO WEEKS to get it cancelled, have called multiple times and their voicemail is full, have sent emails and reached out on Facebook to them and not a single response. Today they cashed the check. Terrible way of doing business. Take peoples money and give them no way to contact you. Bravo, will never use you or recommend you again.

The proprietor Dennis is an excellent host. The atmosphere is amazing a true step back in time. Excellent antiques and a romantic place to hold a reception or charity event. I would highly recommend Turn of the Century Saloon to anyone!!

Unique venue is set up like an authentic western main street with a beautifully ornate Old West saloon/bar setup and a decent sized music venue. Friendly staff and fair pricing. Fun place to party.
