Where do I start, firstly Hailey (last name unknown and they refuse to tell me) a few months ago I came in to update my information as per court order and she stated they don’t do that there. Then I showed her my court order and she was like oh you just need to write that down and I can file that. Then I tried to make a child support payment and was told they do not accept child support payments at the office. It took 3 visits there and speaking to her supervisor before she stated they are able to and finally proceeded to processes the payment. Then I had to file more information in my case a couple months later and Hailey mis filed my paperwork so there was no chance of a default judgement since the judge didn’t have the proper information presented to him. Then I get a letter stating I could be in contempt of court for Hailey’s actions and had to have another clerk of court put a note that I had filed in time and all the proper paperwork. So I go in on the Jan. 31 2024 to make a child support payment with a card and they refuse to accept it even though there is nothing stated that they don’t accept cards for payment. But they have a limit of how many coins I can use a max of 5 dollars which is not legal. I called and spoke to Hailey so I may speak to the supervisor because it was urgent and she hung up on me and stated no when I asked her to leave a message. I had to call back then she stated she would leaeve the note which I had given her my number. No one returned my call so On Feb. 1 2024 I try to call when they open at 8am and Hailey keeps sending me to voicemail almost 20 times (I have phone records. I ask for Hailey last name after that and was told by her supervisor I can’t have it due to their polices and was referred to Iowa code 22.7 paragraph 11 but it clearly states there I may have her name. I judge came out to speak to me his name was Tom and he told me that they will continue to follow their polices even though they conflict with Iowa code. And if I want Hailey last name I have to submit a written record request.

Logic, reason, and competence don't reside within these walls. lol Kelly Busch and Kayla Brown were a nightmare to deal with, a couple of power hungry individuals in a position with a smidge of authority. Feel sorry for anyone who resides inside this county
