Everyone I know loses money here and wants to move a year later. You have to be real foolish to pay $12,000 a year in property tax to live in a congested subdivision with no town next to Elgin. Wait until more construction comes and Elgin builds on top of Cambridge lakes, it will get worse.

I reported Cambridge lakes Pingree Grove to ICE and immigration police to investigate the area before it gets any worse. Not the same Pingree grove as 6 years ago. Pingree Police and Pingree grove elected officials are not strict enough and let the area get out of control.

So much traffic now and so congested. So many townhouses and rows and rows of townhomes. Wait till Elgin builds all around Pingree Grove it will get worse because all that land down route 20 and Damisch Rd is gone and belongs to Elgin, good job Pingree Grove with zoning.

I went to close my garage door at 1am because I forgot it open and 3 Hispanic guys take off running out of my garage. My car window has been smashed in my driveway and stuff has been taken out of my car and also my neighbors vehicles have had stuff stolen. Took a $31,000 loss when I sold my home in Pingree grove from when I purchased 5 yrs ago.

The Village has always been very responsive with questions or concerns I have. I have lived here 10+ years and love the community. Some of the obviously fake reviews below should be ignored.
