In the probate department of the court there's a lady, Daniella, (something like that) that had to be the rudest person I've ever met. She's so hateful and far from helpful it's a wonder she has a job. She failed to provide me with simple instructions on how to file with the court a petition.
I know they can't answer legal questions or give legal advice but my questions were NO where legal. You must send 2 additional copies of your petition to get one with an original court stamp on it and we all know you must have that stamp on the petition that's being served. This stipulation doesn't appear on their website either. All this women did is tell me to hire an attorney. She has no right to say that and has no idea the nature of my problem. She then gave me wrong information on how to refile without paying another $214. ( cost is $10)
She truly is a horrible person and should be let go.

I wish I could’ve left this courthouse a good review but my experience here was anything but that. I’m a victim of slander and harassment and this person is making up false allegations against me to destroy my life and I went for a restraining order against this person, I had a lot of proof but the judge refused to grant it because the other party filed a restraining order on me but everything in their restraining order is completely fabricated to hurt me, I never did any of the things this person accused me of, this person has destroyed my character, my friendships, my bakery business & continues to get away with it & the courts refused to listen to me and hear the truth, they were manipulated with lies. I have no faith in our justice system. It’s suppose to protect people but it failed miserably at protecting an innocent person.

Spoke to the court clerk's office about a week ago to get the return portion of a bond paid about a year ago. She said she would call me back, never did. Called again yesterday and was sent to the judges office, she was amazing, got another judge to sign off and through three call backs, said it would be in the clerk's office for pick up today. I drove 45 min out of my way, missing work, and was treated like a piece of trash when I walked in. The woman was extremely rude and hateful. She denied ever saying she was going to call me back, told me she wouldn't give me the check. Just goes to show that people are ALWAYS going to judge you.

Rudest courthouse iv ever been to. If there are no seats you are forced to stand because sitting on the floor is not allowed. So we have to be in pain while we wait for hours for someone to finally call our name.

Everyone was very rude would cut me off and walk away while I talked to them .
Went for a traffic ticket was told I have to pay a fee to get a court date and when talking with the assistant DA he pretty much told me to go away or he would have me arrested when all I was asking is what I needa do and why I half to pay a $400 fine for a court date

Call the day before appointment to verify time of 1:30 .they said i would be in and out so i get there at 1:15 and find they changed the time of appointment to 2:00 with out telling me so i wait for my appointment until 3:10 when i had to leave so i could pick up my kids from the bus stop. 💩
