I live here and like it. Nice pool and Rec rooms. I’ve met some very nice people.
We’ve lived here now for 4 years, made some great friends and had some wonderful times. Activities are increasing post Covid.
There are several nice homes for sale.

This used to be a five-star community when I moved here in 2009. It has gone downhill since then. We pay thousands of dollars a year for a lease and are not able to talk to anybody at corporate office. All you have is the office here which are people that are told the only thing that they're there for is to answer the phones. Corporate just went up $59 for our lease and 55.91 dollars for cable that they implemented as an Passover fee. Some of us got the cable but some of us didn't. According to the office here we still have to pay for it. I think that if you did not receive the services that the law says you don't pay for it. It seems to me that if they implemented this they should have been proactive and have everybody ready to receive the cable when they flip the button at the cable company. We have been told since they were going to implement this that we could not contact the office or the cable company. Now it seems that we have to wait for the boxes and pay $49 to have them installed. Unfortunately there is nobody that we can talk to about the situation. The front office just tells us they don't know anything.

I have friends that live there. It's a very clean and quiet place. It's right off a major highway (19) but back far enough where as you don't hear all that road noise.

Very neat and tidy Park

I lived in this park for 13 years. Originally it was a great park with many activities, and affordable. On the last few years a new park manager named Billy Bumpus ( real name) began to make life miserable. Perhaps because of the owner or he didn't have the smarts to make decisions on his own. He began riding a golf cart around writing tickets forcing residents to paint, power wash even pull weeds. (There's very little grass there, mostly weed lawns.) Some folks were allowed to have driveways, others not. (I have photos and witnesses) He chose to harass some people more than others ( me for one). He threatened to evict people (me among others) for having a paver driveway (or just a few bricks) which he told me he liked, but later forced me to remove. So I sold my place there and left. My bank accidentally sent him the next months $576 lot rent. He either stole the money or misappropriated it. He refused to return the money to me. He had no right to do anything with that money but return it to me. I hear he has been promoted to regional manager. Huh! I was not able to live under the thumb of people like him so I left. If you want to live like that it's your business. I recommend going somewhere else. There's lots more but I'll spare you. Oh and Billy if you need money so bad you feel you need to steal it, just keep it I really don't feel like taking you to court for it.

I was visiting friends. This 55+ Park is top quality, very real maintain and clean. Most important pet friendly park . Come see for yourself. I give the maintenance personal ten stars....
