Mixed reviews. Extremely white administration and teachers. Mixed and diverse students. Nice looking facilities. Above average education, although not phenomenal. School starts wayyy too early! Not enough inclusion or equity, very cliquy. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone diverse in real life. Great for kids who are very normal or come from upper class. Bullying more ramped than sti’s. Some great teachers!!!, some terrible teachers.

I found it very interesting how they are trying to keep us African Americans from enrolling in the school. The registration assistant Linda Bush was very unfriendly and gave us a hard time. She asked for requirements that was never listed, car insurance, healthcare, tax info and other paperwork that has nothing to do with student enrollment. She inconvenienced us in everyday. Every time she send us back for more paper work we showed up with what she all of a suddenly "required". I am sitting here today still trying to enrol my child and still getting the run around. My next letter is to the board of education for discrimination of a minority. I am not done. My child has been to this school the last two years, they have everything in file from the previous years.

Awesome school, my cousin graduated from there in 2011 . And to be honest I got bullied at my old school which was south lake high school and made way more friends meeting my cousins friends from this school. Very high class preppy jock school. Love the sports programs . What I also love about this school is everybody has your back . If u have another enemy from another school , The lakers pack up in groups . U can’t screw with the lakers!!!!!! The lakers will guard and kick everybody else’s asses!!!!!! wish I lived out here to go here. But I don’t regret nothing . Just glad I’m done with my old school and I’m now a career truck driver :).

Compared to other football fields in the area this one is on par. Parking lot is a bit farther (on par with Bloomfield, further compared with Birmingham and others). Stands are nice, enclosed (foot area), and handicap accessible.

Someone needs to put respect into the kids at the school. Someone that I talked to and hung out with in girl scouts ended up killing herself because she was bullied. This must not be a very good school if this type of behavior is accepted!
