Aunque los doctores me trataron bien el servicio en recepción fue pésimo , me dieron un monto a pagar por teléfono y otro en el consultorio y cuando fui a pagar al front desk resultó ser casi 100 dólares por encima de lo que ya me habían dado y los de recepción con una forma muy baja de atender su respuesta es lo que es y no podemos hacer más nada . Muy desencantada

So I took my cat who was vomiting for a couple days and I will say they got me in immediately and the vets assistants and front desk are very friendly and you can tell they love animals, I just want people to realize the fees are ridiculous, the first set of charges for tests they recommended were nearly $1000! Seriously! I did agree with a pancreatitis test and something for nausea and the visit which would of been about $200 and id be content with that as the results of the test were negative. I paid over $300 after declining multiple times the products they push on you including pet food and probiotics all from purina which I found on Amazon for less money and could next day delivery, so save your money there as well and the medicine for nausea I purchased are freaken capsules that some humans can't even swallow especially a cat, even if I shoved it down his throat he may get that lodged and sprinkle medicine on his food (yeah right. Like any animal if going to lick up their food with medicine sprinkled on it ,(I mean would you like it?) so that medication is a waste now. I can't imagine what vaccines would cost and if I needed an X-ray or sonogram or something. That being said, I don't care how kind someone is as they smile and take your hard earned money that you would spend every cent possible on your fur baby and I feel they prey on knowing you will pay whatever to make them better and while some things may have a high cost, what I bought and paid for was definitely overpriced and some things not necessarily needed. I didn't make an appointment to discuss his diet and what food to buy for him. At least wait for a follow up visit to start pushing your products instead of a time of weakness when your only thoughts are to make your babies feel better.

If you’re looking for a vet, look no further!!! I have been bringing my animals here for years and one of the best! We definitely feel like family. They are loyal and always helpful. I previously brought my dog to 192 St. Cloud for care. While their prices are affordable, I found the environment to be quite unhealthy and not well-maintained, with goats roaming around and staff that were often rude urine stains on the walls.
Dr. McBeth seemed uninformed; she assured me that my dog's patella (kneecaps) were fine, but when I consulted Dr. Russo at West End Animal Clinic, she immediately identified the issue.

In contrast, the staff at West End Animal Clinic is exceptional. The young gentleman and woman at the front desk are incredibly compassionate, and Dr. Russo is outstanding. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend West End Animal Clinic as the best option for your pets.

When I brought my dog here about 1yr ago, I requested acupuncture to treat my dogs aging pains. She was turning 11yrs old & starting to show signs of pain. I told Dr. Russo that we had done acupuncture as an isolated event 3yrs prior & it seemed to help her symptoms at that time. I don't know what caused my dogs pain 3yrs ago but it seemed more of a sports injury & certainly not arthritis at that point, since 1 treatment did the trick & there was no persisting issue afterwards. Well Dr. Russo made note of my comment that we had received acupuncture before & I don't know what else she wrote down but it became an issue. When I tried to file the vet bills with my dogs insurance, they denied us due to this being an alleged preexisting condition. I spoke with the technician about this issue & said that the insurance would require a letter from the vet explaining how this was a misunderstanding if I had any hope to appeal the claim. Technician understood & relayed the info. I received a letter from the vet adamantly claiming that this was a preexisting condition. Called the tech back & she said "this is the only letter the Dr would agree to write". How can she hold this claim? Without seeing any prior vet records, evidence of treatment, nor even performing diagnostics on my dog. She took my word for a single acupuncture session, interpreted that it was due to "preexisting arthritis", and is sticking to her notes as if I'm trying to lie about the situation. Now my dog will be forever ineligible for any pain relief benefits from the insurance for the rest of her life.

Adding to the response:
You can diagnose her being treated for arthritis now yes which is "preexisting" before she came into your office, but was not preexisting 3yrs ago before we got insurance. Insurance is tying the "preexisting condition" youre stating to the acupuncture treatment we had 3yrs ago. Idk if your notes correlate the 2 but thats the problem for coverage. You cannot say that she had arthritis 3yrs ago when you didn't see her at that time or have any records from that point. All I needed was a letter saying that the previous noted acupuncture from years ago was not a diagnosis of arthritis existing at that time. You had techs & receptionists interpreting instead of speaking to me yourself so we could've been on the same page about exactly what was needed.

Loved the consult with Dr Russo and the staff. The appointment was relax, they weren't rushing during the check up and they responded all my question with clear follow up thru email. I am a Banfield customer for 8 years and definitely I am thinking to switch with them.

I recently acquired a cat after it broke into an “Open House” one of my Real Estate agents was hosting. The agent thought the cat belonged to the home owners, it did not. I removed the cat from the property with the intention of bringing it to the Animal Shelter however the shelter was full. After careful consideration I decided she would be a great “working kitty” for my property however I did not have a vet. The staff at West End were able to squeeze me in and give me a crash course on animal care. They are always available when I have questions and try to accommodate my working kitty’s crazy schedule.

The staff treats our fur babies like they are their own. Ceaser has left us in this world~suddenly and I thank they staff here for their time and words that have helped me. Best surgeon ever. Cleo just has some major issues taken care of and they have allowed her to feel like a puppy again. 8 years young. I have follow the Vet everywhere she goes. Because she cares about or babies and takes time with each issues.
