Even though she was with us a short time, Harley was seen by the wonderful staff here. They took gentle care of her, tried their best to make her well, and were very compassionate about our visitation with her. I will definitely bring our future pets to Wewoka Animal Hospital.

We brought in a stray Tom cat to be fixed, shots and flea treatment. The Wewoka Animal Hospital’s staff were so kind to find us an appointment the next day! The Doctor was happy to help us spay and take care of our new family member Sultan. We are grateful for the superior staff at the Wewoka Animal Hospital. I recommend anyone who has been looking for a great Veterinarian, helpful staff and spacious facility.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and Dr. Nenninger. I brought my lab here last summer for a TPLO consultation after two vets told me he would need one and how much it would cost. Dr. Nenninger examined my lab and did x-rays and told me he didn’t need a TPLO but didn’t know what was wrong. At first I was discouraged but Dr. Nenninger sat in the floor with me researching the symptoms and even called his surgeon colleague for an opinion. After hours of discussions, we came up with a plan of care to try. And it worked! My dog is up and moving and no longer in pain! I’m so glad I was able to find a vet that didn’t want to just charge me for an expensive surgery my dog didn’t need but actually wanted to help and find a solution. He even took my calls weeks later to keep him updated on the progress. I drove 1.5 hours to see him and would do it again. Thank you so much!!

Long story short... After taking our American Bully to Wewoka Animal Hospital multiple times in the last eleven days, we have decided not to go back. She was taken there multiple times to have her progesterone tested to see if she was ready for a cesarean. Today, they finally said she was ready. They made her wait in the lobby for multiple hours, even though her water had broken, she was spotting, and was pushing regularly. We ended up with five stillborn puppies and only one living. Our dog is continuously shaking from having such a rough labor/surgery. We also spent over $700 in testing and surgery fees and lost what could have potentially been a couple thousand dollars that would have been made from raising the puppies. I am furious and will never use Wewoka Animal Hospital again!

Mind you, our dog has had two previous pregnancies where she safely delivered 12 puppies and then 5 puppies without any complications during either pregnancies or surgeries. Absolutely disgusted and furious with this animal hospital!

Amazing place, The Staff is great and loving, the Drs are experience and knowledgeable. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. My furry kid was there for 6 days and I would get updates from them twice a day or every time that I called them they would give me news and updates.
