Food - drinks are able to be brought in with the cats which is great. I ordered a hot chocolate which was lukewarm by the time
I received it. My friend ordered an iced matcha and reported that it tasted like Coffee Mate coffee creamer and barely like matcha, which I agreed with.
Service - very nice young lady who helped us out. A little awkward but nice nonetheless.
Atmosphere - Inviting place. It did not smell at all like animals or have that off putting shelter smell. The cats were lovely. More of them than I expected, plenty for everybody to play with. I was under the assumption that the hour we had reserved would be just for our group, but there were about 8 other people with us in there - so be warned. The cats seemed to be thoughtfully cared for and happy. Lots of toys to play with them with.

I love going to Ziggy’s! It’s such an awesome way to socialize with kitties and then being able to adopt them! You can tell the kitties are well taken care of and happy. I love going and have a blast every time! The coffee is super good too!

These folks are the kindest people! This cat café is impeccably clean, there are some resident cats and new cats from the local shelter every week, and you can adopt the shelter cats if you find yourself bonding with them. What a great place for cats to exhibit, their natural behaviors and not stuck in a cage somewhere. You can tell these people really loves cats and the kitties are all very well taken care of. Highly recommend! In fact, highly recommend for a weekly visit just to see the new kitties from kittens season.

Surprised my partner with a visit here on his birthday and we both loved it!! The kittens are so sweet, lots of toys to play with them and I love that there’s a few spaces for them to get away when they get overwhelmed with all the attention. I didn’t try anything from the cafe but I love that you can take drinks into the cat room.
I always check the bad reviews just for funsies and I love to see Shannon standing on business with the people that love to be difficult! I only talked to her very briefly but she seems sweet, the kitties are well taken care of and the rules are very clear so that everyone can enjoy the lounge and keep the kitties safe and happy. Just make sure you book ahead of time since it fills up quickly and read the rules you’re agreeing, it’s not that hard people!!

Such a lovely place doing amazing work for kitties looking for forever homes! All of the cats here were sooo friendly, and it was such a good mix of ages and personalities. I've been to other cat lounges/cafes in the area and was a bit disappointed, but this place offered exactly the experience you hope for from a cat lounge! Caution: it will be very, very hard not to leave with one (or more!)

My boyfriend and I visited this weekend and had such a great experience! The atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. I ordered one of the seasonal cafe drinks (“The Doc”) and my boyfriend ordered a peppermint mocha, both were delicious! Since we ordered our drinks so close to our reservation time, staff brought our drinks to us in the cat room which we really appreciated! Overall a great experience and we can’t wait to come visit again!! Hopefully next time we can leave with some adopted kitties 🙂 Here’s a cute photo of my kitty friends that I made during the visit.

Oh my gosh!!! Run to this place and get yourself a really great latte and donut( your vegan and gluten free needs are covered!) and then sit down with these kitty cats!! The staff are wonderful. The fact that these cats get adopted and have a beautiful well kept clean facility to be in is amazing.

The best! Will go back soon!

Didn't get any food but the selection of beers and full coffee bar was perfect! Great location, thoughtfully built, the owners and staff knowledgeable not only about the adoptable kittens and cats but also in the place and how it came to be. I love all the intentions, from color choices, sanded soft wood shelves, the various cat furniture pieces and numerous places to sit. No "cat smell" either as there was a separate back area for the kittens and cats to go for quiet time and where I assume the litter boxes are.
